A staging consultation can provide you with all the information you need to complete the staging process yourself! We use the furniture and accessories you already have to create a space that buyers will fall in love with! You'll get a room by room staging report that breaks it up into manageable chunks and relieves some of that stress.

Don't feel like a day at the store? I'll grab towels, plants, pillows, and whatever is on your recommended shopping list from your staging consultation, then bring it all to the home for installation and photo prep before the photographer arrives.
Follows the 2 hour in home or online consultation. Includes:
1.5 hours planning
4 hours shopping
2 hours installation and photo prep.

Need some extra hands getting your home packed and ready?
Follows the 2 hour in home or online consultation. This Premium package includes everything from the Elite package PLUS:
10 hours packing and purging assistance -
(1) 10 hour session or (2) 5 hour sessions
2 hour new home redesign consultation to get your furniture, art, and accessories looking great in your new home.

$159 - Stage to List Bootcamp
You'll be able to stage your home to sell using my FEEL HOME process along with the furniture and accessories you already have. Very similar to an in-home consultation, but completely online and self paced for homeowners to do on their schedule, with videos, a workbook, homework, and lots of photo examples!
